Will my trainer be a real person?
Absolutely, you will be working with an actual, certified trainer who will be customizing both workout and nutrition plans just for you. You will get to know your trainer well as he will keep close tabs on your progress and will contact you frequently to offer advice and motivation.
Do I need to have a gym membership for this program?
No, we can customize an at-home workout plan for you just as easily as a gym workout plan. It’s totally up to you whether you want to join a gym or not. Your decision to join or not join a gym should not impact your results.
Can I participate if I haven’t worked out before?
Yes, we welcome clients no matter what level of training experience they have. Your trainer will carefully study your personal information and then craft a program especially for you. If you do not have exercise experience, your trainer will make sure you get started off on the right foot. Likewise, if you are a more experienced exerciser, your trainer will design a routine to challenge you and take you to the next level in your fitness quest.
Does the program have age recommendations?
Because all workout and nutrition plans are customized we can work with adults of any age – 18 to 90+. Remember, it’s never too late to be your best self. We can help you achieve and maintain a fitness level that will allow you to get the most out of your life.
Is this program for one particular sex?
No, we work with both men and women. If you want to lose weight and get in shape, we’ll design a custom plan for you!
Must I reside in the US to participate?
No, because the program is delivered 100% online you can be located anywhere in the world. Simply log in when it is convenient for you to get your training details.
Just how customized will my training be?
Very. This is not a one plan fits all service. We carefully analyze your needs and health status and then develop both a workout and nutrition program for you. Your program will not be like any other. Your program will be designed to help you achieve the best results possible.
What if I’m not sure about how to perform an exercise?
No problem, we have included detailed step by step instructions for each exercise along with videos and photos so that you can see exactly how each one should be performed for maximum safety and maximum results. You can view the videos and information in our members’ area at anytime.
What if I have an injury, can I still sign up?
Yes, we will design a program around your injury and may also be able to offer suggestions to help you heal the injury faster.
How restrictive should I expect my nutrition plan to be?
We understand that harsh restrictive diets are nearly impossible to stay on long-term. That’s why we design your customized plan to allow you to continue to eat your favorite foods. That’s right, we’ll show you how to burn fat and build muscle while still enjoying the delicious foods that you love so much.
How will my trainer and I interact?
You and your trainer can contact each other online through our members’ site, via email and by using the mobile app.
How fast can I expect a response to a question?
Your trainer will answer you as fast as possible, often within a few hours or even less. Of course, the wait time for a response on the weekend or over a holiday may be longer.
How frequently can I expect my trainer to check in with me?
Very frequently. Your trainer will be extremely interested in your progress and will check in frequently (at least once per week) to offer encouragement and to hold you accountable. Your trainer will also make weekly workout and nutrition plan changes to help you avoid plateaus and continue making progress. We want you to succeed and reach your goals – after all, your success is our success, too.
How will my trainer monitor my performance?
We ask all clients to use the performance tracker (either through the mobile app or in the members’ website). This way your trainer can view exactly what you did for each workout. They will then use this information to help you improve week to week.
What about training form, will my trainer be concerned with that?
Yes, good form is important to making good progress as well as avoiding injury. To critique form, your trainer may ask you to film a video of yourself performing a particular lift or lifts. This way he can offer expert suggestions, if needed.
How is progress measured?
Your trainer will gauge your progress via a number of factors, including: strength gain, weight loss, body fat percentage, body measurements (such as waist, arms, etc.) and more. We also ask clients to take progress photos which the trainer can use to see the changes that are taking place on your body.
How quickly should I begin to see results?
Results vary by individual. However, most clients begin to feel different (better) within the first week and many begin to see visible results shortly after that. From there, consistent results, arriving month after month, are expected.
What is the program free trial period?
It’s simple, we are so confident that you will love our training program that we allow you to try it for a full 14 days. If during that time you decide the program is not right for you, all you have to do is contact us and we will refund your purchase price.
What is the program cancellation policy?
With this program, there is no contract to sign. You can cancel your membership at any time with a simple click of a button.
